Who we are
i-webdesigner is a web design and online marketing service operated by Richard Hill, registered as data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
What data we collect
When you contact us through our website we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. This is stored both as an email notification and in our website database.
If you purchase a service from us we collect and retain the billing and contact information required by law for financial records.
We also collect anonymous visitor data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data cannot identify you personally.
How we use your data
We use your contact information to respond to your enquiry and, where you have given permission, to send you relevant information about our services. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except as described below.

- Google Analytics — anonymous usage data only
- Legal authorities — if required by law
How long we keep your data
Contact enquiry data is reviewed annually. Where there is no longer a reasonable business reason to retain it, it is deleted. Financial records are retained for seven years as required by HMRC.
Your rights
